Best pronunciation guide ever!
Seriously, have you ANY IDEA how you should say this word??
Every pro voiceover relies on an accurate pronunciation guide from customers. Tricky words, place names, manufacturers’ names, acronyms…anything Welsh – they all require a phonetic pronunciation guide. Without being told exactly how our customers want us to say specific difficult words, we’re lost in a labyrinth of remake hell. Trust me – pronunciation guides are ESSENTIAL for a happy audio project. Even the weird Dutch ones that mean you have to sound like you’re coughing up a hairball.
So imagine my delight when I received this from one of my favourite overseas customers today. I love this guy!
