Hello – a short film by David Richard Birtles

My husband’s a film maker. He asked me to be in this short film made for Trevor’s House Productions. (And he was a *very* tricky client let me tell you. Oh, the takes he made me do). I play the voice of…well, an object.

The film is about how a man copes with rejection. (Dave says it’s about waaaay more than that, but he’s a genius and I put on funny voices for a living). It’s a quirky, compelling little film. Watch it to the very end and you’ll see the lengths he went to for the sake of his art.

And yes, the thing in the last shot is 100% real.

Give it a watch.
